JYC America Inc. is the U.S. manufacturing subsidiary of Jinyoung Chemical Co., Ltd., founded in 2020 in Nevada.
Since 2015, our products have been recognized by U.S. customers. From September 2021, we launched local production with two Reifhauser extrusion lines to supply faster delivery and superior quality.

Established Jinyoung Chemical Co., Ltd.
Founded in Korea as an engineering plastics company, laying the foundation for what would become a leader in PET sheet manufacturing.
Constructed New Headquarters
Built new headquarters and installed the 1st extruder. Production capacity: 400 tons/month.
Installed 2nd Extruder
Production 550 tons/month. Total capacity reached 950 tons/month.
Acquired ISO 9001 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001 quality management certification, demonstrating commitment to consistent quality.
Installed 3rd Extruder
Production 450 tons/month. Total capacity reached 1,400 tons/month.
Established Corporate R&D Center
Launched dedicated research and development center to drive innovation in PET and CPET sheet technology.
Installed 4th Extruder
Production 700 tons/month. Total capacity reached 2,100 tons/month after factory relocation and expansion.
Established U.S. Sales Corporation
Opened U.S. sales office in Fullerton, CA as a bridgehead to enter the American market.
Installed 5th Extruder
Production 600 tons/month. Total capacity reached 2,700 tons/month.
Constructed 2nd Factory
Built second factory. Installed PP extruder and PET 6th line. Production 1,000 tons/month. Total capacity reached 3,700 tons/month.
Installed 7th Extruder
Production 600 tons/month. Total capacity reached 4,300 tons/month.
Established JYC America Inc.
Founded U.S. manufacturing subsidiary in Mound House, Nevada. Installed PET Extruders No.1 and No.2 with 1,000 tons/month capacity.

Production Manager
Oversee and manage all production operations for PET sheet extrusion, including production scheduling, workforce supervision, quality, safety, efficiency, and equipment performance. Previous manufacturing management experience required; plastics extrusion experience preferred.
Quality Control Technician
Perform incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product verification. Experience with PET or plastic sheet testing a plus.
